    The Director of Business Operations has the overall responsibility for maintaining the design, enhancement, implementation, and management of business operations for Therapeutic Pathways, Inc./The Kendall Centers. Reporting to the CEO and President, the Director of Business Operations is a key member of the Executive Team. The Director of Business Operations has the primary responsibility for overseeing, analyzing, and managing the organization’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. This position also has a pivotal voice in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization. See http://www.tpathways.org

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission

    • Manage effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Client Services and Facilities), through coordination and communication between support and business functions

    • Collaborate with the Controller to produce efficiencies in Finance (includes Billing Team)

    • Coordinate with Regional Directors to produce improvements in organizational-wide systems to improve clinical efficacy

    • Take a leadership role in defining, analyzing and responding to departmental and individual metrics

    • Serve a significant role in long-term, strategic planning including development and expansion

    • Coordinate/complete special projects assigned by CEO and President

    • Manage organizational structure including addition or consolidation of corporate departments and administrative teams at sites

    • Work with corporate leadership to handle challenges and implement improvements

    • Help support and manage relationships with external resource providers

    • Lead and coordinate inter-departmental projects and meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Preferred:

    • Graduate degree in OBM w/experience establishing and overseeing organization wide performance management systems

    • 5+ years of experience in HR frameworks, marketing, and operations

    • 5+ years of business management experience across a wide range of business disciplines

    • Knowledge of healthcare and educational systems

    Minimum:

    • 3+ years of experience in HR frameworks, marketing, and operations

    • 3+ years of business management experience across a wide range of business disciplines

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business from an accredited college or university
