The Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. (BACB) is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst to serve as the Director of Credentialing for the organization. The Behavior Analyst will work out of the BACB’s Littleton, Colorado office. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits; salary will be commensurate with level of education and experience.
Duties will include the oversight activities related to accreditation requirements, the development and implementation of organizational processes in conjunction with new initiatives, internal staff professional development and management, and coordination with other BACB departments on matters pertaining to credentialing. The Director of Credentialing will report directly to and work closely with the BACB’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Jim Carr. Necessary qualifications include: BCBA certification and demonstrated experience in staff management and organization-level process implementation. Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree, technical writing proficiency, and public speaking experience. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of professionals, excellent interpersonal skills, an interest in developing professional development opportunities for staff, an interest in organizational systems, and detailed knowledge of the BACB’s credentials.
